In a motion for an extension of time to file the record, appellants informed the Court that the trial court had signed an order vacating the December 12 judgment.1 On April 30, 2025, we denied the motion and, noting there was currently nothing before the Court to review, we informed appellants that we would dismiss the appeal for want of Appellants attached to their motion a copy of the trial court’s February 18, 2025 order vacating the judgment. 1 jurisdiction unless they provided, within ten days, grounds not to do so. To date, appellants have not filed any response. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(a), (c). /Earl Jackson/ EARL N.
